1. Prices and Taxes
The prices of the products offered at MC-33 are indicated in Euros (€) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force in Spain at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time the order is placed.
2. Shipping Policy
Shipping zones: We ship to [Peninsular Spain]. "We do not ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla".
Delivery times: Orders are prepared and shipped within [2] to [10] business days after payment confirmation. The estimated transport time once the order has left our warehouse is [2-5 business days].
Shipping costs:
- The shipping cost is [5 ] €.
- We offer free shipping on orders over [75] €.
Delivery incidents: If the package shows visible damage or is open at the time of delivery, the customer must indicate it on the carrier's delivery note and contact us immediately.
3. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with current regulations, if the customer is not satisfied, they have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product without needing to provide a reason.
Conditions for return:
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must, as far as possible, retain its original packaging and labeling.
- The product must not have been used beyond mere inspection.
Cost of return: In the case of voluntary withdrawal (I no longer want the product, I made a mistake when ordering, etc.), the shipping costs of the return will be borne by the customer. The customer may choose the transport agency they prefer to send the item to our facilities.
Procedure: To initiate a return without being registered, send us an email to [devoluciones@mc-33.com] indicating the order number and the item to be returned. We will provide you with the shipping address.
4. Defective Products or Shipping Error
If the customer receives a defective product, a damaged product, or a product that does not correspond to what they ordered:
- MC-33 will cover all costs (collection of the defective product and shipment of the new one).
- The customer must inform us within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt if the damage is visible.
- We will proceed with the exchange for the same item or, if out of stock, a full refund of the amount (including original shipping costs).
5. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and checked to be in good condition, we will proceed with the refund of the corresponding amount (product RRP) using the same payment method that the customer used in the initial purchase. The legal period for a refund is up to 14 calendar days from the date we receive the notification, although we usually process it as soon as we validate the received merchandise.
6. Legal Warranty and After-Sales Service
6.1. Warranty Coverage At MC-33, we act as official distributors of recognized brands. All products we sell come with a 3-year legal warranty from delivery, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and its current amendments.
This warranty covers any lack of conformity (manufacturing or operating defects) that exists at the time of product delivery.
6.2. What the warranty does not cover The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Negligent use, impacts, drops, or improper handling.
- Natural wear and tear from normal use (batteries, consumables, etc., unless there is an original defect).
- Incorrect installation not performed by an authorized technical service (when applicable).
6.3. How to process a warranty claim As your seller, MC-33 is responsible for managing the warranty directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to facilitate the process. The steps are:
- Write to us at [devoluciones@mc-33.com] indicating the order number and describing the problem (attaching photos or videos helps to speed up the process).
- We will evaluate the case and, if appropriate, arrange for the product to be collected for technical inspection by the official brand.
- If the brand's technical service confirms the manufacturing defect, we will proceed with free repair, replacement with a new product, or a refund, as determined by the manufacturer and current regulations.
- This entire process will be free for the customer (including shipping costs and labor) if the defect is covered by the warranty.
6.4. Manufacturer's Commercial Warranty In addition to the legal warranty that we manage, some of our brands may offer an extra commercial warranty (for example, 5 years on specific parts). In these cases, the customer may also contact the manufacturer directly according to the conditions listed in the documentation included in the product packaging.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
"The User has the right to request the cancellation of their order as long as it has not entered the dispatch process.
- Procedure: To cancel an order, the User must send an email to [devoluciones@mc-33.com].
- Timeframes: If the request is received before the order is shipped, a full cancellation and full refund of the amount will be processed within [3 to 10] business days, using the same payment method used in the purchase.
- Orders in transit: In the event that the order has already been handed over to the transport company, the cancellation will be treated as a return. In this case, the User must wait to receive the product and process the return following our withdrawal procedure (shipping management costs may apply).
- Customized products: The User is informed that it will not be possible to cancel orders that include customized or on-demand manufactured products once their production has started."
